I have been working with Greylock for over 1 year now and I can honestly say that I have been very happy with my decision. The work environment/company culture is very positive and makes the work day enjoyable. Co-workers are nice and the managers are always there to help and support. The nature of the work itself gives you improvements and lesson every day. The schedule is amazing. I can still spend so much time with my family and I would never trade that for any kind of "Benefits" out there! Give good compensation to people who are performing very well. For people who are having a hard time they never fail to give another chance, encourage, help in any aspects. Not just for the growth of the company but also for the success of each one of us, hence you would feel the company cares for their employees. I mean what more can I ask for? This job is truly a blessing...
